Ben has 20+ years of I.T repairs and Systems Management experience, 
Ben is an outgoing passionate, self-motivated person and is motivated by change, he is always willing to learn new skills and thrives on a challenge. He believes that no business should sit still and changes to the business should happen every day to ensure forward thinking. Ben is a hands on person and likes to be involved at all levels.
Ben has 20+ years of experience in his field, he is an experienced team player with excellent technical expertise coupled with an understanding of all business requirements and management principles. His duties within the role are ultimately dependent on the organisations day to day requirements and the complexity of its information systems. 
He has been working with all departments throughout the business to bring a new Content Management based system (CMS)(Podio) to every department ensuring effective working and communication throughout the business. Now the CMS has been implemented and is working with the business we have been able to add data automation to ensure labour time is saved by completing repetitive tasks and ensure comunications loops are completed. Automation is currently saving our business 60+ hours per week.​
